#BREAKINGNEWS "HOCKEY WIVES" SEASON 2 DEBUTS OCT 28!

Evening #KCRyders! In case you missed it, Corus Entertainment posted the official "W Network " Fall Specials & Premieres list today. On that list is Keshia's long awaited Seasonal debut... We've been teased about it all summer long and our prediction of a late fall release was right on time...

According to corusent.com, 'Hockey Wives' is set to premiere October 28th, 2015 at 10pm on W Network in Canada. 

In Keshia's segment you'll see her working on album, live performances, work, and divulge into the life she's deemed private with longtime NHL Goalie boyfriend,  Ray Emery (Philadelphia Flyers). We'll do our best to get you episodes as they air for those of you #KCRyders outside outside Canada.

My introduction: As a kid, I remember my dad watching Hockey religiously. He still does. Back then it was all about Mario Lemiuix, Wayne Gretzy, I remember having a lot of Ottawa Senators gear (I was born in Ottawa) & Montreal Canadiens.

When I first started dating Ray, it was off-season & he was injured. I didn't really see him in his element. (*I will post about how we met & our story next!)

HOCKEY WIVES HAVE A BRAND PACT WITH  LG CANADA

In partnership with 'W Network's' Hockey Wives, here's another spin to the
show. The Hockey Wives will be promoting LG products throughout the series
for season 2. LG will be the leading sponsor for the show this season.

BREAKING: KESHIA CHANTE JOINS W NETWORKS 'HOCKEY WIVES' SEASON 2

After a much needed hiatus, we're back blogging again. So let's get right into it. Here's some fresh news for you #KCRyders! It's official, KC has joined the ranks of women like 'Nene Leekes', and  'Bethenny', if those names sound familiar it's because they're both TV housewives and moguls. Our girl KC has now officially donned the hat of 'Housewife' and will be joining W Networks, 'Hockey Wives' Season 2 starting this fall. The announcement was made on Tuesday, with Keshia rewtweeting several outlets confirming the news. In addition, she also filmed a short interview segment with ET saying, 'You're gonna get it all, I'm probably going to say something offensive', in regards to letting her entire personality come through on the show.

You can bet we'll keep you up-to-date with the latest episodes once they air. Congrats Keshia!

Ray Emery Brings The Stanley To His Hometown of Cayuga

 This weekend our girl Keshia Chante took some time out with NHL BF Ray Emery (Now, once again #29 of the Philadelphia Flyers... Congrats Ray!) to help him celebrate the Chicago Blackhawk 2013 Stanley Cup victory. Ray had the chance to take the Stanley Cup back home, and he took it to his hometown of Cayuga in Canada.

Evening #KCRyders! A huge congratulations goes out to our girl Keshia and her bf, goalie Ray Emery (#30 of The NHL Chicago Blackhawks) who took the Stanley Cup title last night, after winning Game 6! They beat out the Boston Bruins in a hard fought fight to the finish! KC QUICK NEWS: KC SUPPORTS CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS & ALBUM #4

Evening #KCRyders! As you know we strive to keep you updated with the latest new in regards to our girl KC. She busy working hard on that fourth album of hers so all, has been quiet as of late.

 Last week KC attended several Chicago Blackhawks games in support of bf, Ray Emery (#30) who acts as a goalie for the team. Amazing things transpired over that weekend, with the Blackhawks going on to win 19 straight games without a regulation loss! That's major! Album #4

Keshia posted the teaser above photo on her Instagram yesterday (@keshiachante), entitled "#4".

There is, and will continue to be a lot of mystery surrounding Keshia's fourth album. "What will it sound like?", "Who will she collaborate with?" "What will here look for her fourth era be like?", those are a lot of the questions that we've been seeing in regards to the discussions. Of course, Ms. Keshia's been quiet about the whole creative process, but here's hoping we get some kind of video diary, or 'road to... album #4' mini-doc as an added bonus on her website & new album when it's all done. One thing is for sure, I do hope everything is hammered out as far as her logo and the merch store by the time she releases her album. That would be the icing on the cake.

This past weekend our girl KC celebrated her 24th birthday on June 16th, 2012, complete with a one of a kind custom made cake in the style of a classic Channel purse! She also shares her birthday with that of rap legend Tupac Shakur of whom she's stated since her early years, inspired and influenced her. She's also a huge fan of his music as well. As far as this years birthday celebration went, she had a laid back and intimate party at home with close friends and family meticulously planned by her bf Ray Emery (Chicago Blackhawks goalie) and you can view several photos from the event posted by KC and friends via Instagram.

WORLD PREMIERE: "I MISS U" MUSIC VIDEO

Evening #KCRyders! Feeling like a proud big sis right now. This is video that we as #KCRyders have been waiting for. It doesn't need an introduction, but we're pleased to present to you the newest music video from our girl Keshia Chante, "I Miss U" Directed by Marc Andre Debruyne (Shooting Star, Set U Free). It premiered today on Much Music's New.Music.Live. where KC also judged a dance contest as well.

As far as this latest cinematic masterpiece from Ms. Chante? In essence you'll get to see what a day in the life of her is really like, and cameos from all of those close to her whether it be family, friends and most importantly her special guy. The concept is simplistic, but it's carried out extremely well, and I'm proud to say that this is the best video Keshia's ever made in her entire career.  Fellow Chicago Blackhawks lady, makeup artist + hairstylist, Elina Casell (@ElinaCasell) and boyfriend to one of the players tweeted a pic of her and our girl KC supporting their hockey playing boyfriends on last night at one of the latest games, which you can view below.

KC tweeted two pics of herself from last years "Night + Day" promo trail across Canada. The first is from Fashion TV and she tweeted that she was wearing  Lucian Matis. The second one is from ETalkTV.

KC's New Single

Apparently KC's labels have done the right thing like Spike Lee, and scrapped the previous single "Edit, Cut, + Delete U" and are now replacing it with a VicPark single!

Now for those of you who've gotten the album already, you know that VicPark & Keshia have six songs together on the "Night + Day" album. I actually believe that "Jersey" and "If U Say" are Keshia's next singles. As much as we as #KCRyders hit her and her label up about them on her social networking sites, it'd be a shame not to listen because we're telling them in black and white what we'll support.  Thus, this leads to my discovery. About  a month or so ago, I discovered via #KCRyder  Malcom aka (@malblue5) tweeted to me & a few other LKC members that the blog for R+B musicians, Singersroom.com uploaded two of Keshia's newest songs from her album, that being "Hang My Jersey Up ft. PReign" and "If U Say". Singersroom said, and I quote,

"Keshia Chante's new single "Hang My Jersey Up" is about "Guys always say I'm a player, but I met one that made me want to stop the games, retire my jersey!" The record is featured on her new album 'Night & Day.'

Good morning #KCRyders and a blessed Christmas season to you on this Christmas Eve! In this newly posted newspaper interview, The Ottawa Citizen sat down with our girl Ottawa-Native and Canadian songtress Keshia Chante, and talked about juggling her busy working life with boyfriend Chicago Blackhawks goalie, Ray Emery. For the first time ever in an interview she approaches the topic of marriage, not that she's getting married, but that it's something that the couple have been thinking about. For Keshia Chanté, life is a balancing act.

The 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Ottawa is constantly on the go, juggling a schedule that doesn’t just include performing songs of her recently released third album, titled Night and Day. She also models, acts and works as an ambassador for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR).

And she still manages to find time in her busy schedule to maintain a relationship with her boyfriend of almost two years, former Ottawa Senators goaltender Ray Emery.

“Our communication is key,” says Chanté of her and Emery’s relationship. “Our understanding of where we want our relationship to go is always on the same page.”

Emery is currently playing with the Chicago Blackhawks. With Chanté living in Toronto and Emery based out of Chicago, and two busy and often conflicting schedules thrown in the mix, it would seem the couple would rarely find time to see each other.

“But we make it work,” says Chanté.
