Evening #KCRyders! Yesterday as hinted, Keshia & bf Ray Emery threw their 2013 Stanley Cup Party (celebrating the Chicago Blackhawks taking the cup)! We shared photos via their family and friends on our Instagram page! If you're not already following us on Instagram, do so by clicking here! Keshia sported a embellished nude number with metallic heels, while bf Ray Emery took the more casual approach in red and white, proudly wearing his Chicago Blackhawks 2013 Stanley Cup Champions T-Shirt. Friends, fans, and family of the power couple came from all over Canada to show their support, even Keshia's crewmates from the renewed hit YTV show, 'The Next Star' which embarks on it's sixth season this Monday at 7 pm! For those of you who didn't know, Keshia was among the opening acts for the platinum selling girl group, Destiny's Child on their last ever tour together "Destiny's Child: Fulfilled & Loving It Tour". On last week, our girl Keshia along with her co-judges Mark Spicoluk and Tara Oram visited The Rush on Shaw TV in Vancouver. They talked about returning as judges Season 6 of the hit YTV show, The Next Star, and advice that they've given tons of hopefuls hoping for their shot at the top 12. We're very excited to announce to you that YTV's The Next Star has been renewed for a sixth season! And not only that wacky antics of The Next Star judges Mark Spicoluk, Tara Oram and our own Keshia Chante are again in motion. Even though the new season doesn't air until July, there have been tons of updates, including the new host Carlos Bustamante ( from YTV's The Zone)! Keshia Chante Performs at The Youth Code Charity Event

On last Saturday the national launch of the The Youth Code
took place in Toronto, Canada. It serves to act as a source of

help and resource for at-risk kids dealing with abuse.
Keshia was among several of the celebrity attendees, and  performers at the event. Keshia offered up an intimate acoustic set with her guitarist Ricky. Visit www.theyouthcode.com/ for more information on how you can be involved with this great Non-Profit Organization.

Evening #KCRyders! Are you in need of a laugh after a crazy long work week? Welp, we've got just the remedy... The Next Star (Season 5)'s  top 13 kids have been chosen, along with the top 6 and are now moving on the show the judges what they've got!

This past Monday night, host Adamo recapped his favorite moments on the show thus far, with Keshia vs The Big Foot Mascot being (ding! ding! ding! you guessed it!) number one!

The Next Star (Season 5) Judges Tara Oram and Mark Spicoluk along with host Adamo Ruggiero decided to play a little prank on our girl Keshia Chante, knowing her fear of dolls and mascots. Let's just say Keshia didn't find it very funny... Poor Keesh! (cues the 'Friends' Theme Song)

Evening #KCRyders! Today, The Next Star KC and the co-judges Mark & Tara made their latest stop in Edmonton, Alberta today! Here's the latest edition The Next Star (Season 5) Websosde: "Star School" entry by none other than our girl Keshia Chantè, the third and final judge on the panel. KC's episode is appropriately entitled, "Swagology". In KC's video she offers advice on how you can enhance your style and stage presence as well as impress the judges with simple adjustments to your posture and above all, eye contact and confidence. You can watch below as Keshia offers up her advice in her Asian-inspired look on which she tweeted she absolutely loved! NEW INTERVIEW: B101 INTERVIEWS KESHIA CHANTE FOR YTV'S THE NEXT STAR & MORE!

Good Morning #KCRyders! Hope you all are having a great Saturday! Today is the kick off for "The Next Star" city-wide search for YTV's "The Next Star", beginning in Halifax, Novia Scotia! (SN: Happy Belated Birthday to KC's co-judge, Tara Oram!)

To promote the show, KC called into Barrie's B101, this past thursday (April 26th) to chat it up with DJ Chris, about starting her career in her early teens much like the hopefuls on the show "The Next Star" Season 5 will be. She also chatted about her duties as a "Next Star" judge, gave her personal advice on how to do your best at auditions as well as chatted on the infamous question about her friendship with Rap sensation, Drake, otherwise known to her and loyal Degrassi viewers by his given name, Aubrey Graham.

She also said that she expects the music video for her current single, "I Miss U" to drop next week, (A week earlier than originally scheduled...) and says that it has a personal an imitate story-line attached to it, and that it's the most open she's ever been in a music video.
