Ray Emery Brings The Stanley To His Hometown of Cayuga

 This weekend our girl Keshia Chante took some time out with NHL BF Ray Emery (Now, once again #29 of the Philadelphia Flyers... Congrats Ray!) to help him celebrate the Chicago Blackhawk 2013 Stanley Cup victory. Ray had the chance to take the Stanley Cup back home, and he took it to his hometown of Cayuga in Canada.

Evening #KCRyders! In the latest installment of "The Next Star" Season 6 'Star Stories', our girl Keshia Chantè recalls meeting her musical idol, Beyoncè Knowles-Carter in the early stages of her career. For those of you who didn't know, Keshia was among the opening acts for the platinum selling girl group, Destiny's Child on their last ever tour together "Destiny's Child: Fulfilled & Loving It Tour". She recalls how meeting Beyoncè came about and how giving each and every performance your all can pay off in the long run! Watch Keshia recall the memories of meeting one of her musical idols below! Evening #KCRyders! Hope you enjoyed your weekend and a very Happy Mother's Day to Keshia's Mom, Tessa Agnelo, and to all you amazing #MamaRyders out there! On last week, our girl Keshia along with her co-judges Mark Spicoluk and Tara Oram visited The Rush on Shaw TV in Vancouver. They talked about returning as judges Season 6 of the hit YTV show, The Next Star, and advice that they've given tons of hopefuls hoping for their shot at the top 12. Hey #KCRyders!  You want more 'The Next Star' Season 6? We've got it! The Next Star posted up this behind the scenes clip, (via their Youtube: Official Next Star) of Next Star judges Tara Oram and our girl Keshia Chante as they went out to greet some of the aspiring Next Star hopefuls while in Calgary. NEW INTERVIEW: KESHIA & VANCITY BUZZ GET CHATTY ABOUT 'NEXT STAR SEASON 6'

Evening #KCRyders! Today, YTV's The Next Star Season 6 crew has stopped in Vancouver! It's been a great ride thus far according to tons of excited tweets from the judges and the crew themselves; auditioning tons of ambitious hopefuls, aspiring to be The Next Star's Season 6 champion! Upon this journey Vancouver's Vancity Buzz chatted with our girl Keshia Chante about her role in the hit YTV show, as well as many other things like how she spends her downtime, her philanthropy with CANFAR, as well as the ever popular subject, progress on the late, Aaliyah Dana Haughton's biopic.

Evening #KCRyders! Are you in need of a laugh after a crazy long work week? Welp, we've got just the remedy... The Next Star (Season 5)'s  top 13 kids have been chosen, along with the top 6 and are now moving on the show the judges what they've got!

This past Monday night, host Adamo recapped his favorite moments on the show thus far, with Keshia vs The Big Foot Mascot being (ding! ding! ding! you guessed it!) number one!

The Next Star (Season 5) Judges Tara Oram and Mark Spicoluk along with host Adamo Ruggiero decided to play a little prank on our girl Keshia Chante, knowing her fear of dolls and mascots. Let's just say Keshia didn't find it very funny... Poor Keesh! (cues the 'Friends' Theme Song)

From judging on Season 5 of YTV's The Next Star, to her recent guest judge appearances on shows like Canada's Best Beauty Talent and Food Network Canada's: Top Chef Canada, it seems the momentum for Ms. Keshia Chante just won't quit! And now, to add to her resume once more, CANFAR's official Youth Ambassador has announced that she's teaming up with CANFAR and Panasonic Canada to raise awareness for HIV and AIDS, with a new ad for Panasonic's cool new headphones! Don't you just love it when your requests get answered? lol A special shout-out and thanks to The Next Star (Season 5) Family as well as YTV for uploading the first two episodes of "Star School" to their Official Youtube Page upon our request on last week. And now, because of their extreme kindness you all can watch KC, Tara & Mark give you some amazing tips if you're thinking about auditioning for The Next Star!
