Keshia went to Riverdale Collegiate School for CANFAR's 'Have a Heart' Campaign just hours before her interviews with New Music Live & Much Music (Much also filmed her and the team on duty). She gave out autographs and spoke to her fans along with selling 'Heart-O-Grams'! Everyone at CANFAR, Team Chante and even KC herself, had a GREAT time at Riverdale! Take a look For Yourself!


KC & VicPark's wrap up of 'If U Say'
After hard day at work in the studio, Keshia and the INCREDIBLE production team VicPark just put the finishing touches on her next single 'If U Say'. The producers and Keshia were just being silly once the studio session was done, it showed us a side of KC and VicPark that was very much fun. It wasn't serious or ego-driven, just positive vibes all the way! That is where the smash singles come in! Not when you have an award-winning producer and songwriter working with you but when you have a good time recording the song and have producers that are going to collaborate with the artist. Along with the right promo, 'If U Say' will be a SMASH without a doubt! Check it Out!


Behind the Scenes at MuchMusic
Right after her work with CANFAR was done, Keshia stopped by Much Music and New Music Live to discuss her work with CANFAR, the new album, etc. This is a Behind the Scenes look at her before she went live on Television with the interviews. You will see her getting ready for her interviews, being silly and just have fun both on and off the camera! You can even hear a snippet of her single 'Set U Free' throughout the video! NEWS: KeshiaChante.Com Relaunch & Set U Free on ITunes Canada!

Today is a big day KC fans! If you didn't already know, Keshia's official website, KeshiaChante.Com has officially relaunched today! And not only that, for #KCRydersCanada 'Set U Free' was official released on I-Tunes as well. Download Keshia's hot new single, 'Set U Free' from ITunes Canada by clicking here. Don't worry #KCRydersUS & #KCRydersInternational, Keshia hasn't forgotten about you. She and Team Chante are working dilgant on getting her music to ITunesUS, UK and beyond and she appreciates your patience. QUICK NEWS: KC takes LA!

Check out this adorable photo of Ms. Keshia aka  'Chante Minnie' at Disneyland today with none other than Minnie Mouse herself!  Fun fact is that Keshia absolutely adores the Disney character Minnie Mouse, and hense the nickname, 'Chante Minnie' among other reasons. lol

This weekend after bringing down the house in Toronto, for Contiki's Eurobash Part II, Keshia flew to the states and divided her time between work and play. On last night she attended an Oscar party and also attended a few Anaheim Ducks games in support of her boyfriend Ray Emery. She just recently met the legendary, Teemu Selianne a fellow team member as well, only hours ago.

Today Keshia revealed via twitter that her official website, after undergoing some extra tweaking and work on her album today, KeshiaChante.Com will finally launch on tomorrow (March 1st, 2011). And, not only that the highly anticipated 2nd single to be lifted from her 3rd album, "Night & Day",  'Set U Free' will finally hit I-Tunes (CA).

QUICK NEWS: Katharine Demarchelier, CANFAR , KeshiaChante.Com + More!

Hey KC fans! A little quick news for you for the week of Febuary 13th, 2011. Keshia has been extremely busy attending Katharine Demarchelier's Luxuary Swimwear launch preview for 2011,  as well as premiering her new single 'Set U Free' and gearing up for intense promo for her new single. Her official website KeshiaChante.Com will be relaunched with a new look and an interactive space for her fans designed by Harmonic Concepts early next week. In May, Keshia will being going to Kenya as CANFAR's official Youth Ambassador to help build an orphanage and interact with people supporting the cause. Last night Keshia proudly tweeted that she was in New York supporting her boyfriend, net-mender, Ray Emory at his first game back on the ice since his injury. Talk about dedication, congrats Ray! Luxuary Swimwear Launch Preview 2011
The launch for designer Katharine Demarchelier's 2011 collection took place on February 10th, 2011. Keshia tweeted as she was on her way to the event and about having her own custom swimsuit made just for her! Check out Kathrine's official website by clicking here. And follow her on twitter here.

Keshia confirmed via tweet today that she and her team are shooting for Monday February 21st to be the relaunch date of her official website KeshiaChante.Com. For those of you who have been fans from the very start or may have heard of her through her second album, '2U'. Keshia has always made sure that her webiste is extremely interactive and easily accessible for the fans. She's been putting in a lot of work into making sure it's right too! She was photographed earlier this week going through exclusive behind the scenes content that she plans on posting on her website.

Keshia & CANFAR!
Keshia is no stranger to doing good, which only makes sense that she would partner up with CANFAR and be elected their Youth Ambassador. This May,  Keshia and CANFAR will be traveling to Kenya (from May 9th-May 23) to help build an orphanage, see the living conditions there first hand, explore the wildlife and speak with people who are working just as hard to make a difference to put an end to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

FIRST LOOK: Set U Free/If U Say Single Cover

Introducing the official single cover for Keshia's next two singles, 'Set U Free' and 'If U Say'! How's that for a Valentine's Day gift KC fans? Keshia gifted her fans the single cover shot by Rayan Studios a few hours ago, and it looks absolutely stunning! According to Keshia, the single 'Set U Free' is an upbeat club number similar to the sounds of KC's Candaian hit, 'Table Dancer' and penned by none other than Taio Cruz, with vintage Janet Jackson influences. 'If U Say' is a great heartfelt ballad that Keshia penned herself and produced by the hitmakers VicPark,  which Keshia debuted on her Ustream last year on World Aids Day. The final version of this single has been revamped with new vocals. Also, Keshia stated via twitter that she and the team are working hard to re-open her official website KeshiaChante.Com later on this week. Stay tuned for more updates coming your way.

VIDEO: KC thanks YOU for fan support & her Juno Noms!

Keshia Chanté wants to thank YOU. Yes YOU! For all the amazing support you've given her as fans over the years and beyond! Today marks the start of her long awaited and anticipated comeback with two  Juno Nominations. Not only did she pen both tracks ('Table Dancer' & 'Test Drive'); but they each represent one side of her upcoming album Night & Day due out Spring 2011. ('Table Dancer' being Night and 'Test Drive' being Day). Keshia also speaks about her official website (KeshiaChante.Com) relaunching, as well as her new singles getting ready to drop in two weeks. (Remember our post about US I-Tunes Adds? ) This is only just the start of a great year for Keshia! Be sure and tune in to the Juno Awards 2011 on Sunday March 27th, 2011 to see if our girl will take home her two Junos in the Best R&B/Soul Recording of the Year & Best Dance Recording of the Year! Ustream Reminder

KC will be starting her radio and television promo for her new single really soon and we'll keep you updated as to when those promo dates are. Right now, what you can do is request KC's new single Table Dancer or your local radio station and on MuchMusic, MuchMore & MuchVibe. Requesting is the biggest part when it comes to supporting KC and so far you guys are doing great! 


Canada AM
Tomorrow KC will be on Canada AM at 7AM with the President of CANFAR. If you're able to catch it then please be sure & tune in.


World Aids Day
Tomorrow KC will also b participating in World Aids Day with Alicia Keys  and Usher just to name a few. She participated in the event once before back in 2005 so she is no stranger to philanthropic works. She worked with World Vision a few years back as well. If you're going to be in Dundas Square in Toronto at around 11:30am be sure & say hi to Keshia. She'll be there with World AIDS Day volunteers! For more information on the event click  here.

Test Drive + Table Dancer Hit Canadian I-Tunes!

The long awaited wait for KC's new single 'Table Dancer' and the viral single 'Test Drive' ended last week when they were made avalible to Canadaian fans on I-Tunes (Canada). For those of you outside of the US, never fear! Please be patient as both singles will be hitting mainstream I-Tunes in a few weeks for you to purchase.

'Table Dancer' Video Shoot Rescheduled

The video shoot for the first single lifted from KC's upcoming album 'Night & Day' has been pushed back according to a recent tweet by our Canadian princess:

Had to push back shoot date for Table Dancer video by a few days..might get our dream location to film in! It'll be well worth the delay!

No word as to when the video will be shot, but we will keep you updated. She did meet with renound Canadian director RT who will be shooting the video this week to tie up a few loose ends. Watch this space for further developments.

KC Attends Bell Celebrity Gala + Toronto's Pre- LG Fashion Week (S/S `11)

KC has been on the move this week attending various fashion shows after the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday over the weekend. On Tuesday, KC attended fashion designer, Evan Biddell's Spring/Summer `11 show. Below is a photo of KC with Evan Biddell via friend (@katia_aitak). Last night, she attended the Bell Celebrity Gala, and based off her tweets she had a great time. Keshia will also be attending Greta Constantine's Spring/Summer `11 show tonight.

E Talk Interview (FULL)

I know that you all might have questions as to when the interview with ETalk will air and the projected date that we'd been given was October 4th. As of this moment we don't know when it will air, but should it air, we shall post it for your viewing pleasure if we can, for those of you outside of Canada. Our assumption is that the interview will hopefully air this month.

Premiere Dates for 'Table Dancer' + 'Test Drive' Videos
Unless it comes from a vaild source that we're able to trust we usually do not post information on a whim. However, it's been made known to us that the projected release date for the 'Test Drive' video will be next week on Tuesday October 19th.

Aaliyah Movie

Only bringing this up because there has been a lot of hearsay on twitter. Now if you recall on the Ustream that we taped from about 6 months + ago. KC clearly stated that:

1) She had been asked to play Aaliyah
2) The timing was not right, therefore you can believe that AS OF NOW THERE IS NO MOVIE.
3) The only certification of said movie will be if we post news on LKC exclusively or if KC tweets it via twitter herself, until then. Nothing that's being said else-wise is fact. Don't believe us? Watch for yourself.
