According to Keshia, the single 'Set U Free' is an upbeat club number similar to the sounds of KC's Candaian hit, 'Table Dancer' and penned by none other than Taio Cruz, with vintage Janet Jackson influences. 'If U Say' is a great heartfelt ballad that Keshia penned herself and produced by the hitmakers VicPark, which Keshia debuted on her Ustream last year on World Aids Day. The final version of this single has been revamped with new vocals.
