Here's another throwback for you. Last December's incredible 2014 Bleu Bombshell Magazine photoshoot featuring our girl KC. In her interview with Bleu Bombshell she talks about what she liked most about hosting 106, her new album and what we could expect from her in the future. In this photoshoot spread, she takes it back to the 90's with fabulous braids! WATCH: THE NEXT STAR 5 - KESHIA VS THE BIG FOOT MASCOT

Evening #KCRyders! Are you in need of a laugh after a crazy long work week? Welp, we've got just the remedy... The Next Star (Season 5)'s  top 13 kids have been chosen, along with the top 6 and are now moving on the show the judges what they've got!

This past Monday night, host Adamo recapped his favorite moments on the show thus far, with Keshia vs The Big Foot Mascot being (ding! ding! ding! you guessed it!) number one!

The Next Star (Season 5) Judges Tara Oram and Mark Spicoluk along with host Adamo Ruggiero decided to play a little prank on our girl Keshia Chante, knowing her fear of dolls and mascots. Let's just say Keshia didn't find it very funny... Poor Keesh! (cues the 'Friends' Theme Song)

Evening #KCRyders! Today, The Next Star KC and the co-judges Mark & Tara made their latest stop in Edmonton, Alberta today! Here's the latest edition The Next Star (Season 5) Websosde: "Star School" entry by none other than our girl Keshia Chantè, the third and final judge on the panel. KC's episode is appropriately entitled, "Swagology". In KC's video she offers advice on how you can enhance your style and stage presence as well as impress the judges with simple adjustments to your posture and above all, eye contact and confidence. You can watch below as Keshia offers up her advice in her Asian-inspired look on which she tweeted she absolutely loved! You'll also discover how the ever hilarious TNS Season 5 judges recreate the classic Boston Cream doughnut with their own little 'remixed' recipe below.

NEW VIDEO: BTS "I MISS U" MUSIC VIDEO DAY 2

Good Morning #KCRyders! Oh you're in for a real treat! A new "Behind The Scenes" video has surfaced for KC's new music video "I Miss U" which features a host of familiar faces, family and friends that KC's acquired through her career & life over the years: Her Aunt Chantel (she was in the BTS of Set U Free if you look closely), her two cousins Michelle & Jess, her best friend Daniel (@djonesproducer), her long time manager and friend Jen Hyland (@jenhyland) make cameo appearances in this second half of a two-part series.

In true Tanjola style, of course the video for the second day of her video shoot was released first before day one, something a bit similar to when KC shot the video for "Test Drive" back in 2010 and hadn't released the single yet. lol Either way, according to KC major props go to Antoine Biko (@AntoineBiko) for capturing this inside look because he created the amazing BTS video you'll see below. Hopefully KC & Tanjola keep Mr. Antonie on the roster from here on out regarding her BTS videos from here on out. The short visual is a clean, consistent video and it looks like a mini documentary of KC's life. #Winning!






And don't forget that KC will be performing the single for the first time on Breakfast Television Edmonton this morning! The full music video premieres on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 on Much Music on New.Music.Live.

In case you missed it on yesterday, our girl Keshia Chante was on set shooting her new music video for her new single "Shooting Star". Metro Lyrics was kind enough to give Keshia's #KCRyders live stream at the amazing new music video which will be out in a few weeks. The video concept itself is based on an "Underground Danceworld" where KC pays homage to all the dancers out there who are #ShootingStars. She also reverts back to a vintage KC look, B-Girl Style! You'll note in the video that she dons, her trademark, hoodie & capri's simliar to those in her "Been Gone" video, but that's only one look of the many that KC shot on yesterday. Double dose of Keshia Chanté in one weekend, you ask? Why, yes, #It’sAChantéThing of course…

12:45 am Friday April 15^th 2011 Club La Mouche in Montreal.

Club is at full capacity with the trendy and dance hungry early-20’s crowd, awaiting Miss Chanté’s  anticipated performance. A few moments later, the music has transitioned smoothly from DJ to live session to the tune of Table Dancer when Keshia comes onto the stage bursting with energy and smiles for all, flanked by two very accomplished Canadian musicians : Hill Kourkoutis on bass and Adrian Eccleston on guitar. Suddenly realization dawns : we’ve all watched her grow into this incredible woman with so much potential musically. It is finally being noticed and I can’t help but smile and be proud. All these years of working hard and the wait is so worth it . The stage is her home:  home is where her heart definitely is and it SHOWS. Combine her natural stage presence, complicity with her bandmates, matured vocal range and a pure sense of fun and it makes for one great performance. The trio goes into a medley of Does He Love Me/2U/Bad Boy “where my bad boys at in this club tonight?”/Been Gone and completes the set with the latest hit Set U Free (which you ALL must check out live, it is such a great track)

11:45 pm , April 16^th Rhythm Nation 2011 at Théâtre Plaza in Montreal.

Rainy Saturday night and most people are watching NHL Playoffs Mtl-Boston series, the old converted Théâtre Plaza is filled with a more seasoned, varied crowd waiting to be blown away by quite the selection of local RNB artists: Leila, Randy Raymond, Sandy Duperval, Marco Volcy, and Jacynthe (to name a few) are bringing fire to the stage in their own distinct way, leading up to the last but certainly not the least performance of the evening by special guest Keshia Chanté. Loud cheers are heard at the mention that she is indeed “IN DA HOUSEEEEEE!” On a wider stage, and showing off a gorgeous designer dress by Montreal’s own Coccolily, hops and skips a classy Keshia: never oversexed but always sexy in good taste, she delights the crowd again. She has reached a maturity and confidence in that sense and has managed to stray away from the industry pull. She shows that she has achieved a control of her business and that confidence is definitely refreshing. Tonight, full versions of Table Dancer, 2U, Bad Boy and Set U Free are on the set list. (Have I mentioned how good Set U Free is live?? That bass heavy bridge goes in!!)
