Morning #KCRyders! Just in case you missed it, or girl KC co-hosted BET's 106 & Park with actor and music artist, Mack Wilds (aka Tristan Wilds) on yesterday! Special guests of the show included Augsut Alsina who talked about his debut album “Downtown: Life Under The Gun”. A$AP Ferg also came through and talked about his debut album, “Trap Lord.” Special guests also included Trinidad James and A$AP Rocky. Plus the All Star Hip Hop and R&B Competition for Wild Out week, and the ever popular 'New Joint of The Day'.

NEW PHOTOS & VIDEO: KC @ 2011 NOTABLE AWARDS

We as #KCRyders are clearly aware of several causes that Keshia supports and not only that, things that she says that stick with us. On last week, Keshia attended the 2011 Notabe Awards, of which we posted photos on and now video from the same event has now surfaced.

You can watch Keshia speaking on the Awards itself and her keynote advice that she tweets and always mentions in interviews, "Get out of your own way!" Pretty good words of advice if you ask me! Check out Keshia at the 1:28 mark and the 2:00 mark in the video.
