WATCH: KESHIA CHANTÈ INTERVIEWS DRAKE ON 106 & PARK

What better way to celebrate a most important day in your life than with one of your good friends? Today was the case when actor + rap superstar Aubrey "Drake" Graham visited BET's 106+Park for a declared 106+Park: Drakeover! Today was all about the release of Drake's new album Nothing Was The Same', in which co-hosts Bow Wow & Angela Simmons got into the mind of the rap genius by breaking down his lyrics, seeing what he had in store for the future and his favorite moments about the album so far. To top off the incredible show, Drake had a special segment entitled, 'No New Friends', in which our girl Keshia Chantè sat down with best friend, Drake and reminisced on days past growing up in Toronto! WATCH: KC & JARVIS CHURCH CHAT ABOUT TONIGHT'S #RENEWTHEWORLD GALA ON CP24

In case you missed it, KC was on CP24 Breakfast earlier this morning (along with Jarvis Church) to talk about their upcoming performances at the #RenewTheWorld Gala on tonight as well as the contributions that Canadian Scientists have made in the discovery of Stell Cells (having been first discovered by Canadians), and Stem Cell Research. Tonight's #RenewTheWorld Gala at the Mercedes Benz-Midtown in Toronto, Canada is dedicated to their hard work and accomplishments. It is also celebration in hopes that more people will be helped and more discoveries regarding Stem Cell research will be made. Over this past weekend, there was a tweet spotted in regards to this. In true LKC form, you know we've always got to have a solid source to post it. Now that there is one, we're happy to announce that Keshia will be among the several musical guest attending and performing at the upcoming Renew The World Gala on Wednesday March 7th, 2012 in Toronto, Canada. Renew The World Gala is creating history by kicking off the Canadian Stem Cell Research foundation while also celebrating the breakthrough Canadian discovery of stem cells at the Ontario Cancer Institute 50 years ago. UPCOMING: KC To Perform @ Susan Rogers Presents: Marchesa on Tuesday!

Keshia tweeted in early March about having a meeting with Susan Rogers and Lisa Tant for the Susan Rogers Presents: Marchesa show which will take place in Toronto. I just watched a clip of one of the caterers for the event via CityTV which aired this past Tuesday and the event is SOLD OUT! Keshia tweeted that she will be performing during the runway segment of the event. The event itself is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the Herbie Fund, Children’s Aid Foundation and The Rose Children's Home.
