The first day of November was packed with #BlackGirlsRock power! The hosts of Black Girls Rock! Tracee Ellis Ross and Regina King both stopped by The Park to chat it up with our girl Keshia about the star studded event that took place on last weekend in New Jersey at the New Jersey Center of Performing Arts. Not only did Tracee and Reginia talk a bit about the show, but they also joined Keshia for her segment of 'Chick Chat' which has gained increasing popularity with each segment aired!

WATCH: (10.31.13) KC HOSTS 106 FT. B5 & DONNELL RAWLINGS

Tonight's episode was all about celebrating Halloween! Keshia and Bow revealed their Halloween costumes with Bow as Prince Hakeem of Zamunda from the flim 'Coming To America' and Keshia as her musical idol Beyonce Knowles, complete with her background dancers! The hosts showed popular 2013 celebrity costumes as well as some great fan costumes that were instagramed throughout the show! Comedian Donnell Rawlings brought his Halloween costume dos and don'ts,  and R+B heartthrobs B5 also stopped by to hit the stage to perform their smash single 'Say Yes'! There were Halloween games, including a Trick or Treat game and a favorite audience member costume contest where you the 106 viewers picked the winner by voting on Facebook!

WATCH: (10.30.13) KC CO-HOSTS 106 FT FUTURE

Tonight's episode brought the newly engaged hip-hop star, Future (to R+B star Ciara) to The Park. He hit the stage to perform his smash hit 'Honest', clears the air about rumors regarding 'Would You Like A Tour', Tour with Drake, and even hit The 106 'Hot Seat' with Keshia grilling him with your questions! Keshia was also interviewed by ET Canada's Sangita Patel for a segment in regard to her being the new host!

Tonight's episode of BET's 106 + Park brought Sage The Gemini who hit the stage and performed 'Gas Pedal' and 'Red Nose'. He also taught Keshia + Bow the 'Gas Pedal' dance, and sat down and chatted with Keshia and Bow about his album and upcoming projects. This episode also brought two new joints, one from Samantha J called, 'Tight Skirt', and another from TDE's first lady,  Sza called, 'Teen Spirit'. Our girl Keshia even headed up a much needed subject, 'Speaking Out Against Bullying' a segment in which Dr. Michelle Callahan joined her in.

Tonight's episode of 106 celebrated the one and only DJ Khaled and his new album 'Suffering from Success'. It brought through friends who collaborated on the effort. Among them were hip-hop heavy weights Rick Ross, Meek Mill, French Montana, Swizz Beats, Mavado, Jadakiss and Vado. He also performed music from the album as well, bringing out rapper Busta Rymes along with the star-studded list of friends who stopped by The Park to wish him well on his new album. Jadakiss also gives a VIPeek of his new video as well. BSmyth also stopped by with his new joint 'Goochi', interviewed with Bow and Keshia and also answered questions from fans.
