I hope that you all are having an awesome Memorial Day weekend and ready for this update! On May 31st (which is TOMORROW) KC will be hosting Pepsi's Throwback Retro Tweet-Up Event with an 80's look. The event will be held in Toronto and feature a live performance from the 80's band The Spoons. There will be prizes given to guests who have the best retro gear on and special things like that along with a lot of fun! KC is giving out last minute tickets to fans TODAY! KC QUICK NEWS: SET U FREE VIDEO TO BE SHOT THIS WEEK!

Keshia Chante's "Set U Free"'s music video will be shot this week by Canadian Director, Marc André Debruyne (July Black, Ledisi, & Danny Fernandes) according a recent tweet by Jen, KC's manager. The video shoot itself will take place in Cancun, Mexico over a two-day period, according to Keshia, who tweeted about the video shoot earlier this morning. She was also in fittings for the video on last week with designer Brandon Dwyer for Basch who tweeted about seeing Keshia. And also, swimsuit designer K. Demarchelier tweeted about seeing KC last week as well. Keep it locked for more info and behind the scenes goodies on the video shoot!
