REFLECTION: KC COVERS MICHAEL JACKSON'S "HUMAN NATURE"
Evening #KCRyders! I didn't forget, but shoutout to Albert (@koolkidincash93) for making sure we posted on this! Today marks three years since the greatest entertainer to ever do it, Michael Joseph Jackson, left this earth. Personally I grew up listening to Michael whether it was through the Jackson 5 records or his own solo records all of which I own personally. It's still surreal to me knowing that Michael is gone, but remembering his gentle spirit and his musical legacy always puts a smile on my face.
Check out our girl KC covering none other than Michael Jackson's "Human Nature" at both the 2009 Calvacade of Lights and the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver's Live City - Yaletown below.

Whitney...my God.. I'm frozen - KC's tweet in regards to her passing
“We wouldn’t have Christina Aguilera without Whitney; Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson, Adele, they all form a line directly behind what Whitney did,” says Chanté, adding that she hopes other musicians of her generation will learn from what happened to Jackson, Winehouse and now Houston, too. “I try and tell this new generation to stay away from the tabloid stuff, stay away from the negative side of this industry — try not to be another one gone too soon.” - Keshia on Whitney Houston & her contributions to music
