Hey #KCRYDERS! Keshia has been in the process of recording her fourth album since 2012 and we know you all want updates! So here we go! A past interview with VicPark producer Levi sheds some light on the direction of her previous album. (Levi from "VicPark" 2013/14 Interview ). However it's only as of recent that photos of her studio sessions from Fall 2014-Present have started to surface.
As of current KC is signed to her own imprint K Chante Inc. (2016) but working closely with Universal Music Canada ( partnership with 1916 Management), responsible for top 10 hits like "Cheyenne" by Jason Derulo, Nick Jonas, Rita Ora + Chris Brown's new singles ("Levels" +"Body On Me") respectively.

Produced by Matthew Barnett + Soundtrack and written by Tayla Parx; Keshia announced via social media she'll premiere her new single "Fuck It Tho" to the worldwide masses on Beats1 Radio show with Ebro (of Hot 97) Monday morning (January 9). Following a worldwide digital release this Wednesday (January 11).

The title of the first official single surfaces, due at the top of 2017. The first official single, "F**k It Tho", is scheduled to drop January 11, 2016.

After releasing several teaser photos and teaser video along with early streaming of her single on BET.com on Thursday November 10; the anticipation for new music mounts. Finally, on Friday November 11, 2016 Keshia releases the buzz single, "The Valley" the first song released on her own imprint, "K. Chante Inc". This single produced by Stephen Reeza and Zac Poor serves as the first single from her forthcoming project due out Summer 2017.

Producer RobotScott from The Matrax (Been Gone, Ring The Alarm, 2U) posted a photo of Keshia visiting the studio earlier today.

There hasn't been any real updates regarding Keshia's album since last year. However, she took to Twitter today to say "music is coming".
Wednesday December 23, 2015: Keshia sounds ready to go via her recent Twitter update. This comes over one month after her last update and three months after her finishing the album in September. So it's possible she's scratched September's project and is starting over.
Tuesday November 17, 2015: During her @TheWDish Instagram takeover Keshia posts a studio photo (below) with the following caption. Looks like we've got our first pushback of the era. The good news is, the 1916 partnership has been made official on the 1916 website and their goal (much like ours has been for KC) is for her to go international. Tuesday November 3rd, 15: This past Tuesday Lex Borrero posted a Instagram question in which he answered any questions his followers might have. We asked about Keshia's upcoming single. The post has since been deleted, and no word on the release date. But he says the sound is "new, with hard hitting drums"
Tuesday October 27th, 2015 - KC replies to a fan via Twitter regarding the album progress from her tweet 1 month prior.
Saturday October 17th, 2015: Jen posted a studio photo of the soundboard where album 4 was being recorded. Lex Borrero, Co Founder of 1916, attended the session as well. We've since been blocked from seeing any more previews from her, but hopefully more emerges over the upcoming weeks.
